Therapeutic hypnosis is used to help people deal with medical issues* and the accompanying anxiety, stress, fear, and pain, or to improve in various activities, such as performance arts,  sports, or public speaking. 

I need to understand your specific challenges and beliefs, in order to design a hypnosis program that is customized and will address your unique situation so we will have already had a consultation but every session will start with an overview so that any necessary adjustments can be made.

1:1 sessions are typically conducted over Zoom, allowing the client to be in a familiar, comfortable, setting which further enhances the effectiveness of the session.
